氣乾比重值A.D.0.79~0.88。 <木理> 木理通直或略交錯﹐木肌粗糙或略粗。 |
PROPERTIES:Generally up to 1 m in diameter and 15~18 m in
height.Ripple marks noticeable. bark:Almost smooth,thin and grey or
grey red. wood:Sapwood pale.Heartwood dark brown with pale and wide
many bands of parenchyma which disposed reguarly,therefore sawn face
ornamentally high valued. weight:A.D.0.79~0.88. grain:Straingt or
somewhat interlocked. texture:Coarse or somewhat coarse.

木材須長時間乾燥處理﹐厚板在烘乾時常呈不規則翹曲﹐但經烘乾處理後木材尺寸很穩定﹐塗裝性良好﹐在不完全乾燥情況下﹐木材不易腐朽﹐抗蟲蛀性良好。平切單板-壁板或傢俱。板材-鞋根、傢俱、相框。
